1. Orders & Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Each note is crafted using real pens and ink, with the handwriting style and personalization you select at checkout.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details once it has been placed.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, generally between 7–14 business days.
Penworks is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
3. Returns & Refunds
Because each Penworks note is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error caused by Penworks, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
To request a resolution, send an email to support@penworks.com with your order number and photos of the issue
4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, production may already have started and cancellations may not be possible.
5. Personalization & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of messages, names, and personalization before submitting their order.
