1. Orders & Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Each note is crafted using real pens and ink, with the handwriting style and personalization you select at checkout.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details once it has been placed.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, generally between 7–14 business days.

  • Penworks is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

3. Returns & Refunds

Because each Penworks note is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However:

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error caused by Penworks, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.

  • To request a resolution, send an email to support@penworks.com with your order number and photos of the issue

4. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After this window, production may already have started and cancellations may not be possible.

5. Personalization & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of messages, names, and personalization before submitting their order.

  • Penworks will reproduce your text exactly as provided

6. Privacy & Security

  • All personal data and customer information is handled with strict confidentiality.

  • Payment information is encrypted and processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
